Everything that is lethal ties for first place.
Insects. :(
Psychotics.

a giant squid never occured to me, but the prospect is scary as hell, as once it's initially assailed you, you have to try and escape, by which point you're probably below hundreds of feet of ocean water...
aside from that i don't give this much thought, but i assume almost any oceanic predator, that is to say sharks and the like, would top my list...as well as nile crocodiles

And Dogs..... that bite. Lately my town had a huge dog problem ive been chased down by so many dogs in my life. Its so freakin scary. Even small dogs if they bark at me I run they don't even have to be a foot tall. I especially hate the small dogs that try to hump you..... I have bad memorise that screwed up dog..... damn.:(
Birds. They are scary and smart AND I know someone who was messed up becuase she was pecked by mad birds.

Though there are plenty of creeps and crawlers that give me the creeps, the one that gets me the most is the bee.
Spiders and centipedes make me go "Yuck,lol", but I also have some irrational fear of squids and octopuses and things with tentacles in general. I also hate Moon Rabbits.

I would attempt to get out of range of any animal that looks stronger than me, and also looks hungry or annoyed by my presence. I don't have an irrational fear of any creature that I know of.

Insects petrify me. It frustrates me - they are so tiny! but if a Crane Fly enters my room I squeal & run out the room.
I once had one fly at my face, this was at 4am in the morning like. I screamed xD

To add to my previous thingy, I'd like to say that even though I'm not scared of any animals, I am creeped out by a fair few. As soon as you're past 4 legs, I'm screwed.
Dogs scare the crap out of me, but that's because they follow me to the bus stop when they get loose from their yards and when I was younger I got bit by one on my butt :(
