I imagine he could and would, but would need the original gauge faces as a template.
The work involved in making new ones from scratch for a completely different car is probably not very cheap. In pure labor hours, I bet it would be north of $500 for some pieces of plastic.
He's a nice fella though, so I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear he'd do it if you really wanted.
