Character strengths and weaknesses in combat

Hey EoFF, I was wondering in FF-XIII about the six main characters (Lightning, Sazh, Fang, Snow, Vanille and Hope) individual strengths and weaknesses in all six of the classes when in combat.

For instance, who is the best COM or RAV?
Is there infomation about each character in battle?
What strengths and weaknesses he/she has?
Who is faster (animation time) in battle? Etc.

If you have any battle strategies related to a character, please share.
