not since the WiiU. You make actual accounts now. 3DSes can be linked to the account as well.

Yeah, I can add it. Just a quick query though, should it replace the Wii/3DS friend codes? It sounds like that's what's happened, but as someone who doesn't use Nintendo I wouldn't know.
