Favorite Disney movie?
So I've recently been rewatching the Disney movies for my MA thesis, and oh God. am I in love with Beauty and the Beast all over again! That is literally the most perfect Disney movie EVER!
So what are your favorites? No poll, since there's too many, and I don't want to exclude anyone's favorites.

My Top 10 is like
The Little Mermaid ( I swimming as exercise and the underwater universe is just so beautiful, I love the animation, the songs, the characters, just everything )
Aladdin ( to be honest this was my original big favorite, I'm just tired of it right now because I've watched the movie too many times, again I love the songs and the characters. )
Mulan ( who doesn't love a strong female main lead who saves her country ? )
Beauty and the Beast ( So well written and just perfect main heroine and main villian, Gaston is the best Disney Villian imo, because he's so smurfing real, scary real. )
Lady and the Tramp ( I love cute doggies, who doesn't love cute doggies ? )
Big Hero 6 ( helps me with depression. Baymax is love, Baymax is life )
The Lion King ( cute movie with lions and has some pretty deep and adult messages about life, sends a good message across about moving on from a painful past )
Lilo and Stitch ( Sister movie done right * coughs * )
Snow White ( The animation is just so good for it's time, you can tell that Walt and his team put every sweat and tear into this movie. Grumpy, I love Grumpy. When he starts crying when he believes that Snow is dead ? Holy crumbcakes. )

Either Bolt or The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Strangely these are both movies I saw in later life so it's not nostalgia tinted glasses.
Bolt had a story that resonated well with me, I went into it not knowing what to expect and was ready to turn it off at the 10 minute mark then it threw me a great curveball and from then it was just ridiculously cute. I wouldve thought a movie with John Travolta and Miley Cyrus would be a musical but a great ending credit song makes up for that.
THoND had great music and animation and more complex themes than a normal disney movie.
Before I saw those two it was probably Mulan (which I saw some time in teens years)
Before I saw that it was probably The Lion King
But according to my family I really liked watching Dumbo when I was a kid.

Mulan, although The Lion King and Hercules get special mentions. Belle is my favorite princess though (as I identify most with her) but I love Mulan. One summer I literally spent the entire summer watching that film. I'd watch it, then rewind it, then watch it again. I knew every word by heart.
You know what other movie I really like that gets a ton of trout? The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea. And The Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas is a Christmas must-watch for me.

3. Lady and the Tramp
4. Lilo and Stitch

Wow, I like every one I've seen. My favorite might be Alice in Wonderland. I also like Aladdin, Pinnocchio, & Lilo & Stitch. If we're including Pixar, then I'd have to add Up & the Toy Story Trilogy.
Out of every movie Disney has made, I'll have to go w/ Captain America: Winter Soldier. :D

I've always loved Mulan. Its hard to explain, but I've always felt like the movie had a big impact on my life.

If I had to pick a top five, we're looking at The Beauty and the Best, The Jungle Book, Aladdin, The Emperor's New Groove, and uhhh... The first Pirates of the Carribean film. Does that count?

Beauty and the beast, snow white & the seven dwarfs, Bambi.
-
Probably The Lion King. Pocahontas is a pretty close second.
I like The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and Mulan pretty equally as third.
