For me personally, I can always watch someone play Final Fantasy 7. It's a game I never get tired of. I have a few streamers that I personally like quite a bit, wanted to see if there is anyone I have missed. I don't like watching speedruns btw but feel free to list them if you dig them.
I do not like Final Fantasy Streamers at all because the most known one are the speedrunners and they are all their own little ... well, special kind of person for unjustified reasons. I like my main streamers - haha - that sometimes just decide to stream one or do their blind walkthrough.
Besides that - me.
There's a guy I like who loves to speed run FFX PS2 but can't remember his name.
Last time I watched a streamer of FF I got banned for jokingly saying " SE hates FF IX" lol
