I bought it the day it was on the shelves here, played through two chapters so far, it's back to classic Disgaea humor, which is great.

We are back into the smurfing original Netherworld! (which is the best), with super new awesome graphics and all the new improved Disgaea game mechanics..
This is the only game I have cared about in this sad year with nothing but rubbish..:cry:

The sprites are about as detailed as they were in D4, no huge improvement there. The 3D environments look better though, and the UI is prettier as well.
Yes, you can ride monsters, as shown in one of the many youtube videos of the game that have been around for months already.
