Joker is obviously the best ever imho.

I'm mostly fond of the villains from Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, and the X-Men. Too many to name.

Stryker is a real dick.

Les Luthor is up there. Also characters like the Red Skull, Norman Osborn, Loki, a bunch of others. I could be here all day and I don't want to be.

Galactus deserves special mention though, even if he's not a villain.

Yup, all aboard the Joker train.

Also I really like the concept of Doomsday.

I love Carnage. Dude is just loony!

That sounds like it'd be the name of Lex Luthor's accountant brother.

Some of my favorite Marvel villains are Dr. Doom, The Red Skull, Hobgoblin, Mysterio, Dr. Octopus, Selene, and Kingpin.

As for DC, they are Joker, Darkseid, Gorilla Grodd, Solomon Grundy, Harley Quinn, and The Mad Hatter.

Not enough Magneto love in here.

But yeah, Heath Ledger's Joker was just insanely good.
