Would you rather have a lightsaber or a good blaster at your side?

I mean, on the one hand, super cool light-up sword.

On the other hand, super cool Han Solo smuggler weapon.

MAKE YOUR CHOICE.

Imagine how badass you could be with both, though! A lightsaber in one hand, and a blaster in the other.

If I had to choose one, probably lightsaber. If you're well trained, you can block blaster fire with a lightsaber. But you can't block a lightsaber using a blaster...

I'd rather have a lightsaber, but realistically I'd probably be better off with a blaster. BUT SMURF REALISM!

Lightsabers are my favorite part of star wars so I'll be choosing one. Also you can cut metal with them, and they probably toast your sandwich as you cut it.

Lightsabers are cool, but a blaster is significantly more useful if you don't want to risk cutting yourself in half.

You can't parry with a gun - sword wins in a close-range scuffle.

Light sabers are cooler, but I like long-range weapons. I choose saber blaster.

I never figured out how you couldn't cut yourself in half doing stylish lightsaber moves, so I'd go for a gun that isn't so dangerous to yourself.

Lightsaber. All you have to do is give it to someone and watch them cut their own limbs off.

I'd rather just use the force within to move people with my mind in to on-coming traffic.

I've always preferred swords to guns, so I'll have to take the space sword over the space gun. I'd rather go toe-to-toe with an opponent and properly test my skills against him than simply point and shoot.

Since I'm a fan of Soulcalibur and hand-to-hand combat in general, I'll go with lightsaber. :P
Yeah, blaster is also cool, but it can be, in fact, countered by lightsaber, so we have an obvious winner here. :P
