Kuja's the effeminate villain, really. He's got that sweet cherub face which, combined with his ruthless nature, makes for a very memorable antagonist.

Well, the Steam announcement means nothing to me as I don't own a computer or a laptop.

I still have no excuse though as I have my original PS1 copy of FFIX as well as a digital version on my Vita :p
