DQXI is so much fun
But Xenogears is so, so important
Gotta go with Xenogears.
I mean, DQXI is great, but Xenogears is still greater.
Pretty much the same sentiments as everyone else so far. Both were great enough for me to nominate them, but Xenogears is top of my list and DQXI is bottom. DQXI is probably my favorite Dragon Quest, but Xenogears is a large part of why I consider PSX to be the best era of RPGs (along with the FFs of the era and Suikoden II). It's easily a top 10 game for me and might squeek into top 5.
Xenogears keeps surprising me with how well it sweeps these polls. Could it even challenge the presumed champion?
