You can't give me Quina as an option and then expect me not to vote for it.
Rinoa.
( Fite me h8trs )
Where's Beatrix (FFIX) and Agrias (FFT)? :eyebrow: Garnet, then.
Where's Beatrix?
Tifa.
She felt like the heart (haha, Lockhart) of the team. I liked the lengths she took to help cloud and enjoyed spotting her little panic moments in subsequent playthroughs when anything conflicting came up.
Huh, no Beatrix
I guess that's my own fault for never having played FFIX :p
I also would have voted for Beatrix, but since she's not up there, I went with Freya.
Voted for Aerith because she subverts so many expectations yet also kinda fulfills them and is just really well-written and likable.
Also really cool Limit Breaks.
Aerith is a character so incredibly iconic most of the traits attributed to her aren't even true. She's effectively what an ordinary chick in her 20's would do in her situation. She's outgoing, likable, flirty, and anything but a pushover. But she's not a good fighter and kind so she's been turned into a virginal waif because anime tropes which is infuriating and more than a little misogynistic, I might add.
Aerith is my fave, though I always loved Freya.
*sees Yuffie has zero votes*
All is right in this world :)
Tifa! She's very strong and kind. I also really love the fact that she's a female monk, since I really love martial arts myself, and I really connect with her through that.
Quistis is hilariously broken in a game that's already pretty broken.
