I've always wanted to try Tales of Rebirth, but it never got an English release.
Fortunately there's a fan translation project that seems to be pretty far long. 80% of translated text has been inserted into the game.

Granted, there are fan translations for most of these. I think only the Xenosaga game doesn't have one. SE has finally started translating a lot of their classic games lately as well, so the list is significantly shorter than it would have been a few years ago. Hell Front Mission 2 is confirmed to be getting an English Switch remake so there.
Now if I were to extend this to games that need new translations...
Super Robot Wars with those gundams came to mind.
