Yup, literally never heard of it outside of Jinx talking about it. Never going to watch/listen to/eat whatever the hell it is.
Aexoden/Jason of chat-fame once said this was the worst christmas song ever made. I downloaded it from him shortly afterwards, because this was before the youtube age, and i found myself in agreement.

I had never even heard of the song, or the group (NewSong) that sings it, or the film (which I've still never seen), until I moved to Ohio seven or so years ago.
I have heard it at least 50 times a year ever since.
