Well, since this day has already started, how about tomorrow morning? Everyone can weigh themselves first thing after they wake up. You can PM me your weight (if you're not comfortable with sharing your weight, that's fine too) and then just weigh ourselves every Wednesday morning.
Every Wednesday after tomorrow, you'll PM me how much you've lost since the previous Wednesday. Pretty easy.
