Hi Psychotic, we are using the Gamemaker engine and will be planning to release it on PC and Mac.

I voted 2d. I just like their style more than 3d overall. I feel 2d games have a more solid gameplay.

Kingdoms of Amalur will bombard you with quests to the point that you just ignore whatever pops up and come back to the quest list later and work your way and finish it one by one.

Absolutely. Games should not always be about saving the world. :)

Mass Effect, Fallout, Dragon Age and other games are already implementing this and I am personally OK with them.

Suikoden 2 for the character recruitment, solid story, castle building mechanics and the sweet sprite arts.
Xenogears for the cool mechs and solid story.

Probably not the best but I enjoyed the battle system in Chrono Cross. It also helps that me and my friends have different experiences on who was the hardest boss. I was having a very tough time...

Rhinos are more intimidating and more badass looking.
