If you have many fighters the you need thief so you can use katana because you wont have enough good weapons.

Archer because of X-Fight.
Dragoon are second because Dragoon Spears are hard to get and you get them too near end.

Certainly one of the best FFs. Combining jobs and abilitys is much more fun than just leveling up like in FF4 or FF6. My least favorite place was the steam ship because it didn't fit into the theme...

Why would it be with unequipped characters? Do you play with unequipped Fi/Kn? We could as well compare Fighter and BB with same equipment, they can both use staffs/cones.
