Try mixing your clips up abit, instead of showing one long continious clip. work on this first, then work on adding effects later. im guessing you used windows movie maker?

Good for your first movie. Probably remove the subtitles and use a different codec. But unluckily for you becuase you used windows movie maker you can only use one that they have provided. Good luck...
