Nice to see we're finally getting a release date for part 2 (or close enough, anyway) might check out Ever Crisis out of morbid curiosity, hard pass on Crisis Core and First Soldier.
The original 70s Space Invaders, after unlocking it in the 1999 version.
If you're still looking for JRPGs to play then check out The Legend of Dragoon and Legend of Legaia, both of which are in the same vein as PS1 era FF and with unique battle systems.
The reason is that the compilation is a poorly written, incoherent dumpster fire and absolutely none of it was thought through beyond how to cash in on FF7's popularity in the cheapest, laziest way...
The first DBZ: Legacy of Goku for the GBA. How they went from this borderline unplayable piece of crap to the excellent LoG2 and Buu's Fury is nothing short of astounding.
Also Crisis Core. I...
They could use it to advertise shampoo and hair gel, Shinra's special mako-infused brand that only a top ranking SOLDIER would use.
They'll have Yuffie steal your materia to justify the power reset. The weapons and abilities don't really matter, since starting from scratch won't affect the continuity since everyone is always...
Finally read the short story in the FF7R World Preview book. It's pretty interesting stuff, to say the least.
I'm not a fan of how the shinra trooper main character - and the plot in general - was...
Kinda hard to say, both are great characters but on a gameplay level I'd prefer using Vincent due to death penalty overflow. I also find it pretty ironic how the two secret characters, who were...
There are a lot of things about FF7's translation that I'm still trying to figure out.
Metal Gear Solid 4 would be an amazing game if it didn't ruin the story, characters and themes of every MGS game before it.
Metal Gear Rising if only because it's so far removed from what Metal...
Kingdom Hearts. I respect what it is and I understand why people love it, I just don't connect with it anymore. The only ones I really liked were 1, 2 and 3, not a fan of any of the handheld...
"I'm in a bad game"
Team Silent is the most obvious choice. SCE Liverpool because I want more Wipeout games. SCE Cambridge because I'd love another MediEvil game. Pandemic because Star Wars Battlefront 3.
Meh, just looks like BotW 1's map but with tiny floating islands in the sky. I'll wait until I see more footage before getting hyped.
The only thing from this year's E3 that I'm looking forward to. About time we got a true sequel that continued where Fusion left off, with the federation hunting Samus after she "betrayed" them,...
Of the ones I've played, the only one to do so is FF7 and it's still up against some pretty tough competition i.e SOTN, Klonoa, Crash 2, Mega Man X4 and Legends etc.
Watching Projared's FF7 review made me understand how Sonic fans felt about his Sonic Adventure 2 review.
At least the Fort Condor minigame looks somewhat playable now. Still not sold on the Dirge of Cerberus crap though.
I definitely recommend checking out ClementJ64's FF retrospective videos, which are some of the most in-depth, intricate, humorous and fairly balanced reviews on Youtube.
There ain't no gettin' offa these panties we're on
Shera's so dumb she'll find some way to screw it up (no pun intended)
Tifa's attraction to Cloud was more based on the fact that he's the only surviving part of her old life - everyone else she knew is either dead or turned into a shambling failed experiment, and the...
I stopped playing IX at the penultimate dungeon and haven't gone back since, probably never will. I gave XIII a good 30 hours and just couldn't keep going. I plan on eventually playing the Zodiac...
