Yeah but she prolly sucks in the fights, I don't even play with her cause I already know she's gonna die, all lost levels for nothing.

I can't understand that you're not using Cid, he's a pain in the arse. Don't understimate yuffie either, she is surely one of the best fighters....

I never use weapons with no slots, if you use them, when is your materia going to grow ? Or you're on a loctaion where you are using Ice1 instead of Ice2 or Ice3. Cure or a summon is very important...

Yes I remember I stole a ribbon of an enemy but surely can't remember anymore which one but there is an enemy where you can steal it from.

The materia that lies in the fire is Steal-as-well (not that good), a blue materia. I really wouldn't worry about it, I finished the game everytime without it, it's maybe handy to use the materia...
