So Asia's FFIV has been released under txo different names? II & IV? The same for Asia's FFVI = III & VI?

So it is really just 8 FFgames released in Usa...
And the 6th game is the same.
What about the 2 sets of games that has been released recently?
One pack is with FF I & II and the other with FF...

But if the Asia's I, IV & VI is the American I, II & III and then the VII is the same all over the world, what is the American IV, V & VI in Asia?

I just wonder how the series numbers are different in the Asian and American series...
Because it is more Ffgames in Asia or am I wrong?
