i had the same problem when i was playing it again, but idid change my buttons -> when i did, i couldn't unlock anything else: ie. i couldn't select stables for my chocobo's, couldn't unlock huge...

i once stayed up for like 39 hours. And i must say i looked walked and talked like a zombie. NEVER AGAIN will i miss out on my sleep. :D

Have you changed the button-config ??? Because that might be the problem. If so, try doing it with the standard button configuration. It might do the trick.
