i agree, but just like with the original PC version you can replace the sound files with the PSX versions if you can find them.

more than likely they are orphans who pretty much raised themselves as many early FF characters did.

I rank it somewhere in the middle. It has a high replay value, I've probably played it more than any other FF. Lots of nostalgia, there's nothing like hearing the original 8-bit versions of the songs...

I tend to look at each game for what it was in it's time. They didn't really have ability to do what 5 and Tactics did back then, which maybe isn't such a bad thing as it's pretty difficult to abuse...

I only play FF3 (and the first two as well) Solo Character. Once you get to Salonia the Dragoon is godly. He rarely gets hit and even if he does once you have the Blood Javelin it doesnt matter....
