I think it is pretty good except that you've blured his hair too and that the BG is too much blured, the eyes look like a nice touch but you shouldn't have over done the bluring 'cause the head now...

You're welcome, you got good fonts to say the truth but well, most of designers suck at how they place their text and mix their fonts, you obviously don't. ;)

I prefer the first version because the light source is better positioned than in the second one and there's depth in the whole image while the second version lacks that. Nice BG and good blending...
