Intelligence and spirit are both irrelevant. Ultima pulls its strength from the casters weapon and spell levels. Your best bet is to give it to whoever has the most spells at the highest levels.

I don't look anything like any of them :(
I'd have to say Zemus. They waited too long or the reveal. You never get a chance to really hate him, the way you do with most other villains.
...Necron, I refuse to even acknowledge.
Meh. I think it has quite a bit of replay value- getting all of the sidequests, picking up things you missed *coughzodiacspearcough*, tweaking the characters license boards to see what works best,...
^ This. I think Zidane and Garnet are one of the better FF couples.

Kuja. For both the end of the fight (Ultima-ing your party), and his final scene in the Iifa Tree. The former was awesome (in a "You friggin' bastard" sort of way). And the later, with his...
It can be a blessing, if used carefully. It can also screw you over on an epic level. For example, if you save on low health, with no MP or healing items, in an area where the monsters are capable of...
What everyone else said.
Basically, if you get slaughtered in one turn, you're in the wrong area.
Oh, yeah. I've had that happen. It drives me up the walls in all of the games. But the worst is in FFIII, where you CAN'T SAVE!
Meh. Never seemed weird to me. Then again, I spent the last 22 years in southern California. On the other hand, where I live now, it's probably going to end up less than practical in a month or so....
Random encounters. I friggin' hate random encounters. Also, not having the ability to save before a boss fight at the end of an insanely long dungeon. (FFIII, I'm looking at you. You too, Zodiark.)

I hope they don't have Gabranth in this. Vayne would be a much better choice.
II and IX.
I honestly am not sure why I like II so much. I think it's that it's fun to play, and I like the story. I mean, it's not on a par with the latter FFs, but that's only to be expected. I...
VIII- I couldn't stand Rinoa. I also didn't like how certain plot-twists felt contrived. I wasn't too keen on the combat system either.
This. I plan to complete all of the side quests eventually, but if Vayne had been as difficult as Yiazmat, I'd have been rather annoyed.
Kuja had a lot of darkly humorous lines. The"recipe for black mages" was one of my favourites. :D
I prefer Queen, myself. But, yeah. It's pretty funny. :D
Huh? Unless I missed something huge, the only protagonist from 6 is Terra.
Quickening chains. There's an anti-magic field, so use items for healing and your MP for Quickenings. Focus your physical attacks on the skeletons, partly to build up your MP, and partly to keep them...
I bite my nails and cuticles, often to the point where they bleed. I also tend to gnaw on hangnails, which, needless to say, just makes them worse. I've stopped several times, but it never sticks.
I found DragCave through Rubah's sig a few weeks ago. The site is way too addictive. *pokes hatchlings* Grow up, already! I want more eggs!

Books. And knives. Sharp knives. I'll also waste money on CDs and video games, but mainly books and knives. :D
Fires are fun, and I suck at glassblowing, so I'd give up breaking glass.
Tossup between Kuja and Mateus.
With Kuja, you've just been handed your ass on a silver platter, your party is half dead and he just walks up, gives you this disdainful look, and turns away. His...
