I actually chose a PS3 over an Xbox about a year ago because of FFXIII (when it was an exclusive to PS3).

Aahhh, so it's basically equal to whatever the party has already dealt in the current battle? So after I've done 9999 collectively Dragons Breath will also hit for that?
What determines the damage this does? Every time I use it it either does 9999 or 0 damage. Are some enemies just immune?
