I just got to Val Castle, and I've mastered a few jobs in the basement here. If I leave the castle I can't get back in. Would it be a bad idea to try and master all of my other jobs here as well?

When the "character" mentioned above leaves my party, what will happen to all the abilities and job levels i got him? Do those leave my party too?

How do i know what level a magic spell is? Is there any way to view what magic level is required to cast each spell?

I finally beat this game with 100 % collection for bestiary, item list and art gallery. My question is, can I unlock anything else in this game? Alternate endings maybe? I'm playing the origins...
