I have failed to really get into FF1 and 2 countless times. It only took two tries for me to get over XIII, though. I remember being pumped with all the advertisements and the previews we were...
Way more extreme. I beat the secret boss with something like 9mil stats in the first game and on the more recent I'm in the 20mil and I get crushed
I recently discovered Path of Exile. And by discovered I mean the entire Diablo II group was telling me to play it when it was an offline only mod. I started it last week and have struggled to stop
I honestly had a lot of fun being a CK back in the day, I think I won a Ciddie for Best Cid's Knight at one point which was really touching. I have a lot of fond memories of the time, I still have...
I don't know what you're talking about; this is still a very serious debate as long as the hillbillies that say "pop" continue to exist.
Don't do this here. Haven't we suffered enough?
I don't think you bought us any Disgaeas, but I enjoyed the one that I played.
Ashton tried playing one and also really liked characters and dialogue, but found it "off-puttingly" difficult and...
So I definitely went hard and bought Doom Eternal, Total War: WARHAMMER II, and Stellaris summer sale starter pack.
I've sacrificed story, characters, and atmosphere for gameplay. Star Ocean 4 was horrible, but I love me that gameplay.
It is not wine and it did not get better with age.
Disgaea.
There are a handful of people on EoFF that I bought and sent Disgaea and I don't know that any of them have finished it.
Never played Stellaris, but a lot of people have been speaking very highly of it. It's on sale for super cheap and I might make the jump.
I call her by her "official" name, Aerith, but I do really like how Aeris sounds and looks.
Is that Nathan Drake?
I remember you, you were one of the Cid's Knights when I joined. I stalked your profile pretty recently on my nostalgia trip.
It would depend on how they handle adding extra stuff to fill in the gaps like they have in FF7R. I like some of their extras, like giving us more individual SOLDIERS, but introducing Sephiroth so...
Yeah and is this going to be PC or what? I have the disks around here somewhere for almost all of XI.
I'm also still paying fo XIV and I haven't logged in for like - 8 months. This will...
I haven't replayed since 2012 when I finally beat Emerald and Ruby Weapon.
I couldn't be happier with the speed multiplier in XII.
Characters for sure. As some have already said, if I don't care about the characters, I'm not going to care about their adventure.
The grind is what turned me off of the online games. It's hard to party when most people are only looking for end game stuff.
Chrono trigger is half off on steam night now, so if you have a windows machine go get it!
I have it as part of the FF VI (maybe IV) bundle for the PlayStation but I want to get...
Gonna go get Chrono Trigger for steam
Chrono trigger so I can finally play it, Radiata Stories because I loved it, and for sure the first Unreal.
I hated FFXIII. It's the only one I played, but never beat. XV was amazing and I loved it. The combat in this one is a little in between.
Ah yes, the Murder era.
That's some good stuff
