yes there is i don't remember what it's called but if you go to a game store they might help you there. the disc cleaner might be $20 though -_-

it's probably the disc don't worry it's happened to me before on games you might need a new disc (buy a new game) or you might have to redo what you did to get to that part and see if it freezes...
