Help me irritate my neighbors.
I want to burn a mix CD of the most obnoxious songs I can think of for the intention of pure annoyance. This will be played at full volume from a four-speaker stereo, so it'll have some effect. I want some variation and suggestions of what to put on here. So far I just have "Dogs Bark Jingle Bells" and "Party Hard" by Andrew W.K. Your suggestions are appreciatd.

Seriously, thats possibly the most annoying song ever, it'll drive them to the point of suicide.
Nothing really tops Ice Ice Baby. You might want to put Can't Touch This on there as well, or perhaps some Will Smith.
How about that Witney Houston song, the "ANDDD IIIIII WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!!" and right when it gets to the "ANNNND III" make it skip, makes it 213456789x more annoying.

No, No, No, youhave it all wrong. Pick one song (something like Teletubbies theme tune) and put it on repeat loop.
That "Blue (Da-Ba-Dee, Da-Ba-Di)" song by Eiffel 65 would be a good bet, as would "Witch Doctor" by Sha Na Na/The Cartoons. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" should probably find its way onto your CD too.
