I don't really condone doing this to your neighbors, unless you're prepared to possibly have them call the cops about your auditory disturbance. If you have problems with their own noise level, talk to them about it, or you can report them if it's really terrible. Nevertheless, if you're prepared for the consequences...
As much as I like a lot of Frank Zappa's music, a lot of my friends tend to find most of it highly annoying. Try anything from the album "Absoutely Free" (even I found it very difficult to listen to for quite a while) or the title track from "Weasels Ripped my Flesh" which is a terrible track. Or you could get all of the parts of "King Kong" on Uncle Meat, especially the part with what seems to be a modified saxophone. God, I can't stand that part.
