I am pretty sure that it is coming to the Xbox360 and PC, not the PS3.

But yes, it does look quite good. Still, like Oblivion, I will have to read a lot of reviews (and get in a little playtime if possible) before I buy it. I'm usually wary of games that make this many promises of great innovation and such.
