Probably Pablo Francisco and Ellen DeGeneres. Conan O'Brien is also pretty funny.
There are also some Danish ones called Anders "Anden" Matthesen and Mick Øgendahl who are very, very funny.

That is a tough one, my favourites include George Carlin, Lewis Black, Jim Gaffigan, Mitch Hedberg, Patton Oswalt, and Demetri Martin.
Eddie Murphy's Raw made me laugh harder than I probably ever have before, so Eddie Murphy. Jim Gaffigan is very good too. Not Dane Cook, he's an overrated bastard.
Dave Chappelle. and Ron White.
I like alot of comics and hate alot of comics. But, Dave Chapelle's stand-up always seems to make me laugh all the time. So he's on the top by far.
Dane Cook is okay until you realize that all he does is tell a different joke the same way. There is no change in his delivery, he is just loud. Lewis Black was decent until you realized he was just loud and pretended to be an asshole, he's a smart dude though. Ron White is a drunk, as are the rest of those Blue Collar guys.
Eddie Izzard and George Carlin are pretty awesome though.
I saw Demetri Martin live at the Boulder theater and he was absolutely hilarious. With art, film, music, and of course stand-up under his belt, I think he's my generations best renaissance man.
Dane Cook is hit or miss with me. Some of his stuff splits my sides, other stuff is just stupid.
Oh, and Chris Rock is great. I'm guessing you have to be a little more involved with the black community to get into his stuff, but if you are, he's hilarious.
And of course the classic Seinfeld, Carlin, Hicks, Cosby, and Pryor are amazing.
