Yep. A magazine of some type.

I see things that remind me of usernames quite a bit. Also, anytime I see any kind of internet slang like pwn or n00b, I think of EoFF because this is where I learned it all.

I made a thread a while back about how EOFF was mentioned in a book once, yes. I beklieve it was also mentioned in a magazine, which was brought up (possibly again) in that very thread.
