Oh, I don't see this one happening. The backlash would be too immense for such a thing.

On a side note, discriminating against homosexuals is called heterosexism, while having an irrational fear of or becoming a homosexual is homophobia. I know the term homophobe has simply grown to mean discrimination over the days, and thaz cool, but I have this odd urge to bring it up anyway because I was born with 3/2 of a brain (see what I mean).
