To unlock Commander Kahn in Elite Beat Agents, you need to complete the game on Hard Rock difficulty. No easy feat. I managed to pull it off last night. What difficult unlockables are you happy to have earned?
More than this, I'm extremely proud of the fact that I have Captain Blue in Viewtiful Joe. Beat the game on Ultra V-Rated difficulty. >_<

Lately I managed to gain a level in WoW. That's about it.
I unlocked the invincibility cheat on GoldenEye on the N64. You have to beat the Facility level on 00 agent dificulty in 2 minutes 5 seconds.
I unlocked invincibility in Perfect Dark. You had to beat the last Area 51 mission in like 2:40. It took me a bunch of tries but I eventually got it.
Closest thing to speedrunning I've ever really done.
I just beat guitar hero on hard and unlocked the "Snaketapus" guitar (which is a skull with snakes coming out of it....guitar....) and the Gibson SG in coop.*
*I relise this isn't such a big feat with people getting 5-stars on jordan and stuff but since I actually have only been playing this game for 3-5 days, and that I beat it on hard on my first time I believe its a achievement.

I was playing the DBZ Tenkaichi Budokai 2 last night (sore shoulder this morning), and this game probably has the most unlockables of anything I've played. The amount of stuff you can get is comparable to Super Smash Bros Melee, though it's a little more substantial in DBZ. (Where Smash Bros has 100 collectible trophies, DBZ has 100 unlockable characters)

Ugh. I can't even beat Psychobilly Freakout on hard mode in Guitar Hero II. I don't know what you unlock for finishing hard mode, but I don't want it.
