To get LionHeart on disc 1, what all is needed?

Yes, it's possible.

Dragon Fangs from T-Rexaurs (Training Centre, forest on Balamb) or Grendels (outside G-Garden).
Pulse Ammo from Energy Crystals from Elnoyle cards.
Adamantine from Minotaur card.

It IS possible without cheating. You need to win a lot of tough card games and refine the cards. Search for a tut on gamefaqs.

Just shut it off, but in my little stretch here i farmed 20 Elenoyle (sp?) cards and just got Seifer and Diablos cards too.

What other card games do i need to win for this?

You don't. You just need the materials and gil.

Trying to get a Dragon Fang from the T-Rexaurs...will they drop eventually or do you have to mug to get them?

It's a dropped item between Lv20 and Lv29. Grendels drop them between Lv1 and Lv29.
