- Yes, that means newbies can be voted for

tiest Oldbie.
- Yes, that means anyone can be voted for

2. Oh wait, I lied. There is one small restriction.
- People with no avatar/sig/location are ineligible for

tiest Avatar/Sig/Location.

3. A/B Awards (awards 11/12,

tiest thread and nominate the thread creator for this award.

tiest thread. It can be the same person or a different person you nominated for
