Also, naming a charity and putting up that all procedes go towards said charity, and then not giving the named charity the money, is against the law. As is making up a charity willy-nilly and taking the procedes for yourself. There are channels, legal ones, that one must go through in order to create a charity. It's a system that is easily beaten, but not by every idiot that uses the computer.
