Please, please, please tell me you're European, because the Dark Aeons tend to drop these a lot. As an added bonus they'll often have the corresponding element attached too.

There's that weird chocobo race with the flags which scores you enough Wings To Discovery to customize one piece of armour, and then there's bribing Malboros; this does work at the monster arena but it's 3.4 million Gil apiece. Make sure you save first.

i would recommend stat maxing (sigh). BHPL is not necessary for the dark aeons, or any other enemy for that fact.

aeons have a chance of dropping armour with 4 slots, BHPL and ribbon. however it's rare. jus kill one and soft reset if u don't get wot u want
