By what standard? Hell, Aerith feel for the boy because he reminded her of her first boyfriend. She never even met the real Cloud. Seriously, how is the a good match for the boy she never met until after she was dead?

Of course, this is all irrelevant. She gave Tifa her blessing to be with Cloud. She's not gunning for Choco-head any longer.

okay.. your not funny so stop trying, everyone knows about that zack in cloud thing, if you remember at one point in the game aeris says, "cloud i see now... your different" cloud is clueless to what shes saying so there for she saw the real cloud before she died and in the game you practically choose for him (date scene), if the story creaters didn't have her die cloud would have fallen in love with her, cause that was their first intention that quickly changed when they wanted the story to be a tragedy/love story and who said that aeris gave them her blessing i didnt see anything, and also they dont make light of a "relationship" between cloud and tifa and if they did want them to be together they would just say it , and it doesnt matter who aeris ends up with let it be zack or cloud she will always be better than tifa and all the rest AERIS LOVERS UNITE...lol
