Men cook meat, because men were the warriors and hunters in ancient time. Not just because they were physically stronger then, but because they were expendable. You only need one man to help a group of women reproduce. Its not inherently manly, just expected...If we don't cook meat, we die.

I'll write a little story.
Adam made it very clear for Eve that she always has to be in the kicthen and cook his food. As the time passed, Adam realized that there's a lot more to be done in the house and he didn't want to take care of their babies either. But Eve was always in the kitchen how could she possibly do so many things simultaneously? So Adam was willing to make a compromise: Eve is only and only to leave the kitchen when she needs to go cleaning, pleasing his husband, taking care of the babies and other woman-things. To get time from her cooking duties, Adam promised he will cook everything that is made of meat. And also because Eve made awful meatfood... probably because she was woman and stuff.
