    Default Ipod help!

well, I just bought an Ipod and since it can read just MP3, MP4 and WAV I was wondering if anyone can help me by suggesting a good program that can import other media formates in to one of the three other formates that Ipod can read. So what program is good for that?.

    Thanks in advance!.

iTunes is , and doesn't convert music.

You can use Media Monkey for everything but the videos, converting music formats, ripping, sending to and from the iPod!

Theres a program called "Videora Converter" or something that will convert all videos to an iPod format.

Well sometimes you can rename the program "something.mp3" with an mp3 extension and it will sometimes work. iPods read mp3 files, by the way. So what you're looking for is an "to mp3" converting program. You could find one on google, probably.

Thank you, but I tried the program you linked for above and it didn't work for me, Ipod couldn't read the file formate the program has transfered the video into.
And by the way, changing the extension doesn't mean that the continant of the file has changed or turned into another formate.

    I'll try google now.

Changing the extension HAS worked for me, a couple times. Or at least I think it worked, since I was able to transfer it to my iPod then. I could be mistaken.
