The answer isn't physical but the clues in the riddle are...somewhat.

Its near Giruvegan but IT isn't the answer.

Nothing to do with Giruvegan. Don't think of Holy as a spiritual reference. Think of it more as a color...

A monster is a clue to the real answer. The first 2 lines talk about a specific monster.
I suggest looking the word "Guardian" up in the bestiary. Oh and yes its capitalized for a reason.

Is it he pharos or bahamut? When you say the beging and end of glory i think of the pharos because it has the sun cryst and is tward the end of the game and i thought of bahamut b/c it is huge. If it is not a monster, why would it be in the bestary? Man, we need some more clues b/c the only i see when i think of ice is mataus/mt. bur-omisace

A monster is a clue to the answer. Figure out the monster and the rest should come like a math problem.
The lines about glory are literal. Glory is a synonym for something else.
Nothing right yet.
I'll give a different clue once a few more tries have been done.

if i still had my game i bet i'd know but it sounds like that T-rex lookin creature in the ice fields of the feywood, if thats wrong than i have no clue in hell what it is
