    "Dark Angel" by Blue Rodeo
    "Llorando" by Rebecca del Rio
    "The Star-Spangled Banner" various (no, seriously) though I heard a saxophone version once that was utterly spectacular
    "Carol Of The Bells" a capella or instrumental, particularly the TSO version (again, seriously)
    "Silver Spring" by Fleetwood Mac
    "Landslide" various, but penned by Fleetwood Mac
    "Touch Of Grey" by Grateful Dead
    "Love Bites" by Def Leppard
    "Cat's In The Cradle" various, though I prefer the Ugly Kid Joe/Guns 'N Roses version
    "Unchained Melody" by the Righteous Brothers
