msn isnt logging me in i clearly dont see whats wrong

im connected to the internet
my password is right
my email name is right
my friend is even on msn right now

I had the same problem with my laptop. It kept reading "Log In Error."
I had to have my laptop replaced yesterday. They told me that keeping your laptop plugged in too often can cause a malfunction by causing an electronic surge, and deletes magnetically saved data. Enough is still stored for the device to keep working, just not enough to function properly.
So, do you keep your PC plugged in too long?

i always keep it plugged in... but on another computer its plugged in aswell and it still works, it just doesnt wanna work on this computer

Both my laptop and stationary has been plugged in at all times ever since they were made. I haven't had any problems like that. Sounds dubious if you ask me, if parts of the data is destroyed, you would most likely not be able to start MSN at all.

Try a different email, sometimes an email doesnt work for some reason, but when you come back to it about a day later it works again. How long has it been like this?
