I remember Bleys saying something about it being the Knights who ban people. Then again, I doubt a CK could ban an Admin.
Moderator CP doesn't allow anyone below the Administrator usergroup to ban an Administrator.
Seeing as they have the ability to do more with fun admin tools, they'd win.
