to get higher stats, you have to replace all the +1 to +3 with +4 stat spheres, and the HP &MP with +300's and +40's respectively
I dont know the exact amount of spheres needed, but thats how you get godly

No, but you can earn them from the respective Species Creations.
Yeah. You can get H.P spheres from ironclad, but he takes a while to fight. My main party has 40,000+ h.p. but you only need 9999. I made a mistake back then.
As for other things to do, unlock nemesis, build everyone else's stats, fight the dark aeons and penance, power up celestial weapons, get secret aeons, etc. I've done everything (except dark aeons. I have the ntsc/uc version so I can't) that I listed, so I'm pretty much screwed. The game is boring now.
