Personally, I think Javier is not who he pretends to be. For someone who apparently can't write proper English and can't find out how to change his avatar, he seems to know a lot more about forum use than he should.
He's already linked to other sites, he's been using smilies that can only be accessed far down the smilie list, and his painfully error-filled writing is almost always as ridiculously goofy as it could possibly be, as if he's doing it on purpose as a caricature of a real person. It's all rather fishy.
Furthermore, if you read his posts you will probably recognize that the structure, despite being poorly written, is a lot like Devil Man's.
I could be wrong of course, but there's something fishy about this guy. It could possibly be Devil Man.
