I'll get back to you once I actually have a PS3 and try it out on my own. It might be a while though, since I'm broke.

It's buckets better. A lot less grainy. And its less jumpy.
Leave some shards under the belly
Lay some grease inside my hand
    It's a sentimental jury

I was under the impression that the PS2 could do the same thing to PS1 games with a little tweaking?

And how much d'you have towards the HD TV to go with it?
I have to own a HD TV to play a PS3? I think I might own one... I am not sure what kind of TV I own. Its like Samsung or something. 52 inch. LCD I think... wow I am dumb BYE!

Without an HDTV to play a PS3 on, a lot of the graphical improvements on it will not be effective. A 52-inch LCD TV is almost certainly HD, if it was purchased in the last couple of years.

I can see a little bit of difference. If it was skewed correctly I think it would be easier to see.

I don't see much of a difference. It would be easier if you put screenshots from both PS2 and PS3 side by side.

I was ambivlent about my PS3 since the PS3 games are too few and mine needs parts to connect to the net ( ) but now I'm in love with it
You need parts to connect it to the net? It's not internet ready out of the box?

Maybe she's talking about a router :p. The PS3 doesn't come with equipment to set up an entire home network :p.

Does anybody have a screenshot of what some PS2 games looked like before the PS3 firmware update?

you should post some eye candy, such as calm lands, macalania, etc. It does look heck of a lot better though, then again I have a crap tv.

I don't think the argument "this is what games USED to look like sony sucks" isn't going to hold much weight with anyone.

I just asked to see what they looked like before the firmware update, quit trying to start like you always do.
